Good workers, but accidental damage caused to a window, repair of which was covered by Alpha Foundations deducting cost from final payment.Foundation stabilization work done by Mike, Andrew & Brett. They were quick, made minimal mess & cleaned up after the work very well. Ryan and his crew were fantastic. I received a text from him the night before my appointment explaining that they would arrive around mid-morning (we live about two hours from their business). The morning of the appointment, Ryan called to confirm the estimated arrival time, and I also received a text with updates on the crew’s arrival. When they arrived, they introduced themselves, and Ryan walked me through the project, clearly explaining what they would be doing and how they planned to complete the work. Once they began, they spent most of the day under the house, working diligently. After finishing the work underneath, Ryan came inside and began raising the flooring. When the job was complete, he walked me through the areas they had worked on, explained everything that had been done, and discussed what to expect moving forward. The entire crew was very professional, and I truly appreciated the overall experience.

I just recently had an encapsulation done on a rather large house and from start to finish the process was smooth. I had obtained many quotes but no one could beat Alpha Foundations. The reviews were top notch for your company. Blake Shambro was the gentleman I was in contact with and I must say, patient will my 1,000 questions, reliable, quick response, all about the customer, and most of all very communicative. We had the unfortunate situation of having foundation issues on our home. After researching the subject and meeting with a couple of foundation companies, we selected Alpha Foundations. We felt that Alpha Foundations was more inline with what needed to be done. We had the good fortune to have Steven and his field crew David and Isaiah sent to do the work. They were all very professional, but also very personable at the same time. They make a great team and worked very well together. They kept us informed of every step and were very thorough explaining what they were doing (they were very patient with my husband’s curiosity). Once everything was completed and cleaned up, you could not tell they were even there. They took pictures of various steps from start to finish and every support installed. I highly recommend Alpha Foundations.

Wow! I am so happy & impressed with the work Jake & Matt did today on my driveway & walkway to my home. My home is 24 years old & the concrete driveway has seen better days. In fact, I tripped & really injured myself on the uneven slab this past October. I knew something had to be done so NO ONE else tripped on this driveway. Uneven driveway slabs are a liability & I didn't want anyone else tripping on the uneven slab like I did. The process they use is really very interesting & it works. It sure beats having a new concrete driveway installed which would be much more expensive & time consuming. Now I'm no longer the only house in my neighborhood with uneven slabs on my driveway. I'm so grateful to Jake & Matt for the wonderful job they did!

Hunter and Brad arrived today and performed an outstanding job making repairs to several sections of my driveway which were having issues with severe cracking, caused by settling which left void areas beneath the sections of driveway. They injected foam into those areas which will stabilize those areas to prevent further damage then filled in the cracks. Their work made a dramatic improvement in the appearance of the driveway.

Overall was an easy and smooth process. 1st crew to install push pilings with Maximos, Wilkinson and Peterson and the 2nd crew to fill voids with Thomas and Felix did a great job, kept everything neat and organized, placed everything back in place and the guys were very professional. Job site was left clean with no complaints. Only issue I have was a slab that was discussed at the inspection that was supposed to be leveled and void filled which was talked about, did not some how make it apart of the job. Being beside another slab to get filled didn’t make sense why it wouldn’t have been listed on the contract.

They came on time with professional equipment. They explained to me what they were going to do and what they might need. Start to finish they let you know everything that’s going on and make sure that you are happy. A secondary note: The cost of doing foundation repair is quite high. Most of that goes to permits and engineering fees. If you’re going to take care of repairing your home, sometimes you just have to pay the price. That old adage of you get what you pay for I believe stands firm in this case.

The team at Alpha Foundations is one of the most professional I have ever worked with. And I have high standards. Will, Ryan, Jake and Hunter worked 18 hours at my home on a Saturday to mitigate water intrusion and further damage. Everyone on the team was polite, professional and careful with my home. Will was a great communicator and kept me updated on their progress all day and night. Everyone on the team was highly skilled and I am very confident with their work. We considered having our driveway replaced but after talking to someone from Alpha Foundations, we decided to have our existing driveway repaired. Jake & Freddy did a wonderful job fixing all of the cracks including busted and sunken pieces and our driveway looks great again at about 1/2 the price of a new driveway. Very professional company!!

Everything about my experience with Alpha was great. I had a tree that had caused serious damage to my driveway and garage. Alpha accessed the situation and didn't try to over exaggerate the work that needed to be done. ( we got a quote from another highly promoted foundation company who wanted almost 25k to do things that were completely unnecessary). Alpha was super communicative and professional. They were so flexible with my schedule as I had to keep delaying things on account of the tree removal. At the end of the day I couldn't be happier with the work and the service. Alpha Foundations is by far the most superior specialty contractor we’ve ever experienced. We had Malik Antoine & Andrew come to our home and install a new environment underneath our home. We had mold and bouncy floors throughout our home. We wanted to make sure we had a safe environment for the family. We went through numerous contractors to see what was the best option. In this case we did not go with the cheapest option we went with by far the most credible and reputable company with what seems to be true professionals and true tradesmen. From the level of communication from A to Z it was just an amazing experience. We spent well over our expected budget of $24,000 but I had no doubt that this company was the best company to hire. The crew came in, started work immediately and truly showed that they cared throughout the entire installation. It took numerous days but they got it done and I’m very satisfied with the results. Thank you Alpha Foundations!!

Zach from Alpha took good care of us. We had some unforeseen obstacles to the project bc the original slab that was in place was not done to code. Zach and his team made an extra effort to explain the challenges, propose some possible solutions, and ended up providing additional services at no charge to make sure everything was resolved. We have quite a few friends and vendors who have used Alpha for repeated services that went very smoothly and straightforward. Ours was an outlier that presented a unique challenge. I also asked them to do a little thing that there was some confusion about whether it was included or not – and they came back the very next day to take care of it. No questions asked – the customer was right. I would recommend the Miami area team for any foundation repair. The sales team, office / permit team, and the field team were all extremely prompt, professional, and just nice human beings.

From Dean Faulkenberry, certified field inspector, understanding and explaining what needed to be done to level my manufactured home, to the work crew of Greg, the foreman and his crew William ( woody) and Jeff. They did a great job installing support posts in our basement and piers under our porch. They were quick and professional and Ryan explained clearly the work they were doing. He also stated why, as the foreman, after seeing the plans and reality, I didn’t need all of the work that was outlined in the plan. This saved me money, which is honestly rare. They didn’t try to upsell me anything, and I do appreciate the honesty. Jared and Taylor were also friendly and helpful.

Our 100 year old house sustained significant foundation damage from Hurricane Helene in August 2024. Half of the supporting piers in our crawlspace were washed away by storm surge. Half of the house was suspended in the air without support. I contacted 3 different foundation companies for quotes. By far, Alpha Foundations is the best. An appointment was scheduled immediately with Johnnie the site estimator. He showed on time and communicated during his trip where he was and when he would arrive. He spent about 3 hours at our home during the evaluation. He was the only one of the 3 companies we contacted, who climbed under the house. He spent 90 minutes in a dark, damp and narrow crawl space. He did a thorough evaluation. He discussed with me and my wife his findings and recommendations. Prior to leaving he left a detailed quote and estimated timing to complete the project. We selected Alpha Foundations to repair our home. A repair date was scheduled and the office communicated with us multiple times prior to the repair date. On the repair date, Luke, Ryan and Jordan arrived as scheduled. They were courteous, friendly and very professional. Luke was the job foreman and reviewed the repair plans in detail. He was available for questions throughout the process. The crew was here for 3 days and did a fantastic job. Our home had a 4" drop in the family room, which was corrected. The sloping floors throughout the house were gone. Fantastic job done by these young men. Alpha Foundations is a 5-star company and will provide on-time, professional and excellent service. I highly recommend their company…….and I hope to never need this time of repair again.
