The foundation inspector John took his time, explained everything, went above and beyond helping us deal with our mortgage company, called and texted whenever we had a question or gave us an update on our process. The team that came out to do the job was awesome! The Forman Josh was super nice, personable, knowledgeable. Updated us through the process, willing to answer any questions. Just finished with foundation stabilization work by Tyler, Ryan, Huston. Giovanni and Tory from Alpha Foundations. Can't say enough about their professionalism and courtesy. They took the time to explain everything as the work was being done and answered all of my questions. Stayed very late to make sure they completed the work and put back everything as it was before, including patio pavers. They also came back after the concrete patches were firm and power washed the area.

The Orange Park, Florida Office is top flight from the initial call, to the field visit by Mr. Clark to determine the recommended solution. In advance of the foundation work, we prepared the area for the Technicians, which is very helpful in expediting the work. Tyler and crew arrived at 8:30 am, followed by Brandon and crew at 11:00 am, all work was completed by 12:30 pm, and the final result was perfect. Pictures show that you would never know technical work that Alpha Foundation provides ever happened. Mr. Clark and both Crews are professional, experienced, and excellent ambassadors for their Company. We highly recommend Alpha Foundations.

We called Alpha on recommendation from a neighbor after experiencing water damage in our crawlspace. Scheduling and quote was fast & straightforward, with helpful "what to expect" info ahead of time and notifications/reminders in advance of actions. The end result is a clean, sealed crawlspace that has resolved our moisture issues, with the added benefit of limiting entry points for pests. Having this professionally done gives us great peace of mind that this 100yo house is ready for another 100 years. Another contractor has already been under the house for unrelated work and was very pleased to have a humidity-controlled, easily-lit, and most importantly *clean* area to work. The estimator Johnnie was pleasant and took time to explain what their proposed solution would (and wouldn't) accomplish, and presented multiple options to address our immediate concerns (moisture damage) along with how we could establish a baseline and check back in the future for foundation settling/etc. The job foreman, Brett, and his crew were great from start to finish. Communication was precise & thorough, work was prompt, and the results speak for themselves. We knew right up front that we'd have to have an electrician come in with them to run a circuit for the dehumidifier & sump pump, but we didn't know until the job started that a plumber also needed move some pipes out of the way. That miscommunication led to a bit of frustration, but the Production Manager, Daniel, reached out to me and went above & beyond to make sure I walked away happy not just with the job (which I already was), but also had a good lasting impression of the experience and Alpha's commitment to customer service and standing behind their work. Would absolutely recommend this location of Alpha Foundations, and indeed I intend to have them back out in the future to investigate/remediate settlement issues now that my emergency problem is fixed. Thanks again!

I've been around a while and I work with building codes and standards and we live in a e live in a subsidence zone and they came out and did a job of a team twice their size in a little less than a day and stopped any future foundation movement. I was extremely happy with their work. They even went around some of the previous owners crazy plumbing. They also left the yard looking better than when they started the project. I had an encapsulation done with the help of Jordan Nesheim coordinating. Jordan is sincere and goes the extra mile to make sure you understand the process. On install day, the site foreman, Wil walked me thru the project and was very professional and caring. Wil worked along side his installers Jacob and Johnathon and did a very clean and professional install. I was impressed by their care and concern for my home.

I have an old home and it needed the foundation repaired and new floors. I am a retired teacher on limited salary. Noah from ALpha came out, check, measured and provided me with a quote takingin consideration for price. It was great. Then the best was a few week later Alec and his crew (Jesus & John) came out and did the first par tof the house in 2 days. rippedout beans, replaced and put in new sublfoor -All in 3 days. They were courteous, let me know what was happening, check that everythign was progressing as I needed. They fixed things to make me happy. 2 weeks later they came out and finished the job!. Alec was just the best!

Watching dj do his inspection was very impressive. No other company that came to quote me did such a through job. Once I decided on the work. My appointment came and josh and William did such a fabulous job. I noticed the leveling of my concrete slabs right away. Also very impressed with how highly professional and friendly they were. After the work was done, they cleaned up. I am satisfied with the high level of professionalism and quality these amazing people did for my home. I was told to even expect dj to come back and make sure everything will be reevaluated to know my home is stable and no farther problem remain in my foundation. Thank you all. I feel I am in safe hands now.

We had a great experience with Alpha Foundations from beginning to end. We have an old (95 years!) grove cottage that was experiencing some floor sag from an aging raised pier foundation. Mike came out and gave us a comprehensive evaluation and price. He was knowledgeable and helpful aiding us in understanding what needed to be done to correct the problem. We settled on a very good price and Mike told us that they could be available to do the work in just a few days (a cancellation maybe?). Jake, the project foreman, called the day before to make sure we were good to go and advised when they would arrive to start work. Jake and Wilson arrived on time and ready to go to work. Jake came inside to check out the problem then under the house to confirm what he suspected needed to be accomplished. He and Wilson were wonderful, Mike came by to check on the job as well. These guys are dedicated to doing a good job AND will return within 5 years if any adjustments are needed. All in all…we're very happy with the experience! Thanks guys!

Alpha was very professional from the start. It was easy to make an appointment by phone. Gavin texted me to assure he’d be here at the appointed time, and he rang my doorbell at exactly 1:00! Impressive. Gavin was congenial, thorough, and gave me so much information. He walked me through every part inside and out and provided an estimate before leaving. We had our crawl space encapsulated and a sump pump and dehumidifier installed in our 1985 home. Ben and his team did an excellent job and were professional and courteous throughout the installation. The reason for the four-star review is related to communication and scheduling. We first contacted Alpha Foundations on September 26. Our inspector, David, was friendly and knowledgeable, and we agreed on the scope of work and paid our deposit. The job was originally scheduled for November 17, however no one arrived that day and we did not receive a call. After reaching out, we were informed that the permit had been delayed due to county approval issues. Based on county records, it appeared the permit had not been submitted in a timely manner. The job was ultimately rescheduled and completed on December 29 without issue. The company did attempt to move the installation up sooner, but we were unable to accommodate due to holidays and vacation plans. Overall, I am very happy with the quality of the work and the installation team. My only disappointment was the lack of communication and follow-through leading up to the install date.
