Very meticulous work being a plumber I was down there quite a few times after they have Encapsulated to fix a few things under our new home and I have found that they have done an amazing job, Bret, Jon and Jacob. 3/2025 Called alpha Foundations because our front walk was sinking and we were concerned that someone would trip and fall. Mike Mullen came the next day and gave us a through assessment of the work to be completed and the expense involved. We agreed they should compete the work and we received a repair date. This morning at 8:30 Brendan Wells and Nick Coln arrived in lite rain and began drilling holes. Less than one hour later they had drilled and lifted the 6 large concrete panel of our front walkway. Brendan was very clear that we had a 5 year warranty should the panels begin to sink again we should call them. We are very pleased!

Alpha Foundations: Josh started our project but had to stop 34 way due to heavy rain. But he and his assistant were very professional and a pleasure watching them work with so much care in what they did ( including clean up as they worked ). The next two men that came to finishvthe project was Jacob Smith and the same assistant that Josh had but I'm Sorry his name escapes me. They all did a very professional job including Jesse Grant who started the project going by his inspection. He was also very helpful with financing and courteous. We are seniors and need all the help we can get. Thank you guys! Great group of men you have at Alpha Foundation John olivo Palm Coast, FL.

riendly, professional, and a great result! We feel a newfound confidence in our house again with a clinically clean encapsulation system complete with dehumidifier and two sump pumps! Having previously gotten work with Alpha on our foundation we were impressed with the results by Keith and team, so we had our house crawlspace encapsulation service done by them as well. We learned about our need through the inspector Jordan who was very helpful and worked through options/payment plans to find something that worked for our house and budget. Will, Chris, and Freddy from Alpha came out about a month later for the two day job. They were very friendly and approachable and communicated the whole process clearly. They were even accommodating to our particular requests, such as our request for them to evacuate any frogs before laying down the system, haha. Our crawl space used to be nothing but dirt and debris(and frogs) and a sauna of humidity but now it just what the word sounds like, encapsulated. Effectively a basement of sorts. Clean and white, like a hospital clinic! See below pics for more to see the sump pump (black circle with pipe) and dehumidifier (the box). They were able to already start bringing the humidity down with the new system before they even left the second day. We are so thankful for their friendly demeanor and it was a pleasure welcoming them into our home (or rather under it) as they delivered a great result! We will now sleep easy at night knowing our house is on literal solid ground!

From the initial consultations with Matt and Joe to the exceptional work of the installation crew (Luke, Ryan, and Jordan), the entire experience was incredibly positive. Every interaction, from initial communication to the final installation, was marked by professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Joe and Luke were incredibly informative, patiently answering all my questions and addressing all my concerns. They clearly explained the process, considered my specific needs, and provided me with a clear understanding of what to expect. The installation crew Luke, Ryan, and Jordan, were skilled, efficient, and respectful of my home. They worked diligently and meticulously, ensuring a smooth and seamless installation. I was particularly impressed by the level of communication throughout the entire process. I always felt informed and involved, and any questions or concerns were addressed promptly and effectively. We considered having our driveway replaced but after talking to someone from Alpha Foundations, we decided to have our existing driveway repaired. Jake & Freddy did a wonderful job fixing all of the cracks including busted and sunken pieces and our driveway looks great again at about 1/2 the price of a new driveway. Very professional company!!

We contacted three different companies: one quote was exorbitant (company obviously taking advantage of the glut of damaged seawalls resulting from Hurricane Milton); one company never called us back (I guess we were small potatoes); and then there was Alpha: they came out as promised, when promised, evaluated the job, quoted us a reasonable price (they also gave a Veterans discount) with a great guarantee, showed up on time and did a great job. Kudos to their sales rep Everette for his thorough evaluation and explanations, and their field crew who did the work, Tory and Blake. They were very professional, and delivered more than they promised. I unreservedly recommend Alpha Fouindations. Eric Hawk
