"Our 100 year old house sustained significant foundation damage from Hurricane Helene in August 2024. Half of the supporting piers in our crawlspace were washed away by storm surge. Half of the house was suspended in the air without support. I contacted 3 different foundation companies for quotes. By far, Alpha Foundations is the best. An appointment was scheduled immediately with Johnnie the site estimator. He showed on time and communicated during his trip where he was and when he would arrive. He spent about 3 hours at our home during the evaluation. He was the only one of the 3 companies we contacted, who climbed under the house. He spent 90 minutes in a dark, damp and narrow crawl space. He did a thorough evaluation. He discussed with me and my wife his findings and recommendations. Prior to leaving he left a detailed quote and estimated timing to complete the project. We selected Alpha Foundations to repair our home. A repair date was scheduled and the office communicated with us multiple times prior to the repair date. On the repair date, Luke, Ryan and Jordan arrived as scheduled. They were courteous, friendly and very professional. Luke was the job foreman and reviewed the repair plans in detail. He was available for questions throughout the process. The crew was here for 3 days and did a fantastic job. Our home had a 4" drop in the family room, which was corrected. The sloping floors throughout the house were gone. Fantastic job done by these young men. Alpha Foundations is a 5-star company and will provide on-time, professional and excellent service. I highly recommend their company.......and I hope to never need this time of repair again."
