Using Alpha Foundations was a great experience starting with Ronnie who came out and gave us the quote and scope of work needed, to Cooper W and James D who raised our pool patio foundation. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly to our family and dog! 🐶. The cleanup was flawless and you can’t tell they were even here! We are going to paint the patio anyway so the small minor holes and repaired cracks will disappear in the new paint job! I highly recommend Alpha for any foundation work you might need!!

From beginning to end everything was perfect. John Rousseau (salesman), Steven (foreman), Chris and Brandon (crew), were all well trained, very polite and courteous and seemed to be happily doing their jobs. They are the only company that did an inspection, although I had three estimates. All was explained so well that I understood exactly what to expect and the cost. They cleaned up really well and left everything in great shape. I will recommend at every opportunity.

On time, professional,and completely corrected pool deck problems. Deck was settling by hot tub area as the pool builder (Artisan Pool) did not put support under deck, just on top of dirt, causing the settling. Well worth the money vs replacement of pool deck. Jake and Josh did a great job.

Zach from Alpha took good care of us. We had some unforeseen obstacles to the project bc the original slab that was in place was not done to code. Zach and his team made an extra effort to explain the challenges, propose some possible solutions, and ended up providing additional services at no charge to make sure everything was resolved. We have quite a few friends and vendors who have used Alpha for repeated services that went very smoothly and straightforward. Ours was an outlier that presented a unique challenge. Appreciated their services so much – we confidently used them twice! We utilized Alpha Foundations in 2023 for the repair of a segment of our house that had a faltering foundation. We are utilizing them again in 2024 for the installation of a encapsulation system under our crawlspace. They were friendly, honest, and professional. The crew Steven, Chris and Brandon just finished our foundation stabilization. Steven explained the procedure and cost in detail in two different meetings. He was very professional, yet warm in his presentation. Before the work started I was given a written contract for my files and addendum to the contract. I so appreciated their professionalism in completing the work and keeping me informed of their progress. they were also friendly and it was a very cohesive team. I appreciate the hard work they did.
