I was very pleased with Alpha Foundations from start to finish. Dewey and his crew installed the piers and worked hard and steadily on the day they said they would be here until the job was done. The next day, Wilkinson and Kornell injected the poly substance through the slab and did a great job. Everyone I came in contact with on this job was pleasant and they all delivered as promised starting with Chris who did the original proposal through the guys that installed the piers and poly. I would certainly recommend them.

I highly recommend Alpha Foundations. My almost 70 year old crawlspace was a complete mess and they did a wonderful job with my crawlspace encapsulation in 2020. Today, Cameron Runyan, came to check on my system. He changed my filter and added new weather stripping to the entrance. Cameron was extremely personable and kind and he took his time answering all my questions. Also, maybe most importantly, he was so sweet to my rambunctious dogs!!

We had a major crack in our found slab that rendered the floor uneven. And outside, we had an uneven walkway. Kevin arrived ready to get both jobs done! He explained everything he was about to do and when finished, he reviewed it all again. An apparent perfectionist, he didn't leave until he was 100% confident that the void was filled and we were satisfied. Then… he left everything just as he found it… he even returned the door mat to its place. Thank you Kevin!

From the start of the estimate to the finished job it was a fantastic experience. My driveway was sinking in one major area and cracks were forming in 3 other areas. My estimator was David. Very personable and professional and explained everything in detail. Communicated well before the appointment and throughout service day. They were able to get me on the calendar very quickly. Tory (senior foreman) and William showed up on time and ready to work. Both were excited and clearly they love what they do. We went over specifics and then they went to work. I was able to see the step by step process and it is something else. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and did a fantastic job. Every place was leveled out and the cracks were sealed in about 2 hours. I couldn’t recommend them enough. If you have ANYTHING going on with concrete, this better be your first call. They also have excellent financing options in case you need it..!! Thank you David, Tory, William and Alpha Foundations St Pete location..!!

So let me tell you the facts!! We have been needing to raise our driveway and patio for sometime and we heard about this company Alpha Foundations. So we called and set up a meeting and Maurice came to the house . Many things we found great about this company is that he called us to confirm our appointment. The next morning I called him letting him know if he could come earlier would help us out greatly and he was able to do so. Had lots of information and seemed to have much knowledge about what needed to be done and what it would take to get the desired results! We made our deal and signed on the dotted line to get things rolling. We received a call with the date and time they would come out and who would be coming. In a few hours we received a call from the foreman telling us his name and what and when he would show up the next day. Five minutes before the time George the foreman showed up and walked me through the whole process and answered all of my questions. George’s professionalism and his desire to do his best was seen in his work. He and Davon did everything that they said they would do and even took the time during the work to answer more questions. During the process, George was training a new guy Davon. I watched George clearly speak and work with Davon in a very kind and compassionate way. It’s good to see and hear someone like George take the time and be so thoughtful and thorough with his trainee. He complimented how great the company they work for looks after them and helps them to be better people and to work ethically. I even overheard George say to Davon always do the kind of work for the customers that you would do for your own mother and would want someone else to do for your family. There were a few things I thought this raising would fix in the driveway but George explained why it wouldn’t and it made sense. The results look good and they cleaned up all the mess they made. He walked me through again and told me all that was done and asked if I was satisfied. They went above and beyond what was expected and now all I can do is wait and see if the promises and warranty hold true over time. George also took the time after to go over and speak with two separate neighbors that had come over to see what I was having done to our home.

Had Nathan come out to my house to give me some help and my foundation to see if it was cracking or not luckily for me it wasn't that and he had some awesome advice for me. He seemed extremely trustworthy. If I did need foundation work, I would definitely go to them based on him. He doesn't seem like someone that would work for a shady organization so just based on my interaction with him when I need foundation work I would trust this company and Nathan was amazing.

We used Alpha Foundations for a retaining wall job and they were just fantastic from start to finish. Kegan was our initial contact and was very polished and professional, explaining clearly the work that needed to be done. Stephen, David, and Isaiah were the team who completed the job. Stephen also confirmed that we have the 5-year plan that warranties the work. We highly recommend Alpha Foundations!

My family and I recently moved into a beautiful Spanish Mediterranean-style home built-in 1926. It was a crash course lesson on caring for a historic home in South Florida. The crawl space was a breeding ground for termites and mold, and the structural issues were the cause of our sagging and sinking floors. After a comprehensive assessment by the Alpha Foundation Design Technician, crawl space encapsulation and foundation support were our home's best options. Alpha Foundations encapsulated the crawl space and installed crawl space jacks ahead of schedule, eliminating the high humidity and resolving the floor leveling issue. Immediately after encapsulation, the humidity level reduced from 70% to 54% inside our home, allowing our air condition unit to operate more efficiently. The improvement in air quality and comfort inside our house is remarkable!Special thanks to Alpha Foundation's Design Technician Gavin, Foreman Jackson, Javid and Sam for their service, integrity, and professionalism. Crawl space encapsulation and foundation repair were an investment in the future of our home. Thanks to Alpha Foundations, our home will be our refuge here in paradise for many years to come.

Awesome job! The team did not disappoint, Jesse Henson's (sales)confidence made my decision to contract with Alpha easy. The appointed was set for a few weeks. Fast forward to install day, The foreman Zach hit the ground running, with Omar and Jaydon do the heavy lifting. All three guys were great, in and out in a day and a half. I have complete confidence in the work performed, was provided pictures of the crawl space and during the walk around Zach went over the warranty. Job well done! G.Helms PCB,FL

Firstly, if you are having foundation issues the peace of mind that comes with a repair is worth it. And I’m very pleased we went with Alpha for that work. We went with Alpha after getting the project scoped and quoted by 3 companies, they were competitively priced but one of the biggest reasons was how well the inspector Alton communicated, I felt he really cared about making sure the job was done right and we were confident in the process. The office team we corresponded with while permitting and scheduling were all quick to reply and courteous. Once the work began I was really really impressed with the team we had for the project. Tyler, Giovanni, Charles and Jeff. They carried the same great communication and genuine care for our house that brought us to choose Alpha. Making sure to leave the work areas clean and well marked at the end of each day. It was a big project and they were still able to complete it 100% on time – which if you’ve worked with contractors you’ll appreciate is remarkable in its own right. I’m not sure how typical it is of all jobs but many of the areas look completely undisturbed when they finished which I was really impressed by – what would leave lasting cosmetic marks they were clear about up front and they worked with us to accommodate how we wanted it left so that we could get it further repaired. Absolutely the smoothest experience I’ve ever had in a house project, and very grateful I chose Alpha. I’ve already recommended them to some family who are looking for similar work and I’ll absolutely be recommending they ask for the team we had, those guys were great.

We had a wonderful crew who did everything we asked and more, we had two large areas that needed work. Around our pool which had dropped off on one side and our sidewalk to the front of our house. It is so nice to walk these areas and not trip anymore!! Thank you for a job well done!

The work was amazing. My patio foundation is perfectly level and we are very happy with how it looks and how affordable it was. My only complaint is that the appointment was supposed to start between 8 and 9am and no one showed up til after 11am. No phone called until 11:20. And as soon as they got here they had to leave to get supplies.

We thought the seller of our home had patched the foundation in front of our sliding glass door. It turns out, it was a poorly done patch by the builder who cut the hole for the slider too large. Taylor was very friendly, and his measurements were incredibly helpful. Though Alpha couldn't help us this time, we know who can help us with any future concrete needs. Thanks, Taylor!

Everyone I worked with at Alpha Foundations were great to work with, the initial inspector Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and explained the issues I was experiencing with my home. He didn't try to upsell anything and was thorough in explaining my options. The day before the install, the crew foreman, Donald, reached out to me to touch base and introduce himself. The day of the install, Donald and his crew arrived, introduced themselves, and immediately began working. The crew worked at an incredible pace and were happy to answer any questions I had throughout the install. Once the install was complete, they did a phenomenal job cleaning up the area. The warranty offered is outstanding. While I hope I will not need foundation work at any future houses, if I do, I will be using Alpha Foundations and their team. My experience with Alpha Foundations was top notch.

I needed to have both my porches stabilized due to settling so I called Alpha Foundations for a free estimate! Within a week Cody came out and did an inspection and was very friendly and answered any questions I had regarding what needed to be done. Within two weeks, Tory and William came to my house and stabilized both my porches within a couple of hours. Tory and William were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and did am amazing job. They even went above and beyond and cleaned my entire porches for me after they were finished. I am extremely happy with the results and feel at peace that my home is safe from any settling under my porches. I highly recommend Alpha Foundations as you will not be disappointed! 😊

Wow what a team! This adventure started off with an interview and inspection of our home with Micah Nyborg. We determined that we needed some hydraulic lift on the pool deck and our home needed to be jacked up and leveled. Alpha Foundation sent Jonah, Antoine and Chris and two days of intense work the job was completed. We are extremely happy with the work that was done and the professional way it was handled. Not only was the house leveled but they also installed a sump pump and humidifier to prevent any damage from mold! Thank you Alpha Foundation now we have peace of mind knowing that our home is protected for years to come!

Thanks to Richy Allbritton at Alpha Foundations. Richy performed a routine inspection of my crawl space to make sure that there were no problems with the work Alpha did previously or any new issues. He did a great job explaining what he was going to do pre-inspection and then what he found post inspection (no real issues, yeah). Great job, Richy and Alpha Foundations!

Sheldon was the inspector Steven, David, and Isaiah were the install crew and they gave me peace of mind throughout the process. I was very impressed with how the work sight was restored back to normal. They also invited me to come out and see the pillar before they covered them up and explained what they were doing. It was a positive experience and I am planning to recommend Alpha Foundation because of my experience.

I have had a great experience with the installation of multiple helical piers to support my home. Steven, Chris and Brandon did the work and were stellar. They went out of their way to explain everything and answer new questions of mine that I hadn't thought to ask of Ethan, who initially met with me and was also great. I really liked that pre-quote interior measurements were taken in all the rooms of the house as that gave me data to fully understand the extent of the settlement of my house. Prior to and on installation day, which took place as originally scheduled without any delays, I experienced expertise and understanding from everyone. Steven, Chris and Brandon worked efficiently and expertly and kept me informed all through the process. They are a really great team and I highly recommend them! I appreciate the peace of mind that I now have about my house. Thank you!!!

Hunter and Brad arrived today and performed an outstanding job making repairs to several sections of my driveway which were having issues with severe cracking, caused by settling which left void areas beneath the sections of driveway. They injected foam into those areas which will stabilize those areas to prevent further damage then filled in the cracks. Their work made a dramatic improvement in the appearance of the driveway.

Just wanted to say how great a job you did on my home. I was especially impressed with the crew that came to do the job Jacob, Ryan, Cam and William. They were totally professional and dedicated to seeing the job done right. They even found an area that needed to be done that was not on the original estimate and took the time to explain why it should be done, how they were going to do it, and how it would affect the rest of the project. They were always on time worked from the time they arrived and never left without providing us with an update on the days progress. Even took us on a walk to show us the progress. When they got ready to leave Jacob, the foreman, walk thru the area to insure it was clean and nothing was left that belong to the company. I highly recommend Alpha Foundations for any job.
