I cannot even begin to tell how great my experience was. Especially with a project of this size. From inspection to completion everyone was prompt courteous answered all my questions. Kept in touch with me every step of the way. Far exceeded what I'm used to in customer service. Also work appears to be of the upmost quality.

I loved working with Alpha Foundations from the beginning to the end. We first met with Gavin, who instantly became family. He was professional and genuine with all recommendations. Once we were ready to begin the repairs, we worked with Cooper and Reese. They were amazing and extremely efficient. Seeing their work had me in awe. I was worried about the repairs in my floors, but the work they did was seemless. I am happy with the service provided with Alpha Foundations and I will recommend to anyone.

Alpha foundations what can I say five star 10 star as high as the stars can go. From the get-go from talking to the sales person to the completion of the job Alpha foundations made me feel like I was getting my moneys worth. Very informative of the procedures and descriptions of what was happening. Sales person Colin spent more than ample amount of time explaining the procedure as well. The crew Kyrie, Tyler, Z and Will followed by Jake and Josh to complete the job. All very professional very courteous. I would recommend Alpha foundation over anybody.

Dean came out and provided us with an estimate for crawl space encapsulation. He came highly recommended by my brother who had previously used Alpha Foundations to do the encapsulation for his crawl space after experiencing water intrusion from Hurricane Helene. Dean was very knowledgeable. Tyler, Tristan, and Greg completed the encapsulation. They were fantastic! The installation took a little more than a day. We received text notifications both mornings when they were on their way and again when they arrived. They were friendly and professional and took pride in their work. It was a pleasure working with Alpha Foundations and their crew.

They were amazing completing all of the work in just two days and let us informed of what was going on the entire time. Alpha Foundations as a whole including our estimator Cody were great, but the crew was amazing. If you’re in the Tampa area ask for Joseph and his crew to be your installers!

Huston, Ian, and Tristan from Alpha Foundations did an outstanding job. I’ve had contractors in my home who could learn a lot from these three. From the moment they arrived, they were professional without being stiff, communicated everything clearly, and worked at a pace that genuinely surprised me. I never had to wonder what was happening or when something would be done — they just kept me in the loop. Fast doesn’t usually mean good. In this case it meant both. I’d recommend them without hesitation.

John Rousseau (salesman), Steven (foreman), Chris and Brandon (crew), were all well trained, very polite and courteous and seemed to be happily doing their jobs. They are the only company that did an inspection, although I had three estimates. All was explained so well that I understood exactly what to expect and the cost. They cleaned up really well and left everything in great shape. I will recommend at every opportunity.

My driveway had cracks and uneven areas that needed attention, and their team went above and beyond to deliver excellent results. From the start, the entire process was smooth and efficient. The crew arrived on time, worked diligently, and paid attention to every detail. They clearly take pride in their work and made sure everything was done to perfection. Alpha Foundations are the folks to call. The outstanding Alpha Foundations experience began with Ked’s arrival at our home. Ked listened to our concerns about the foundation and then conducted a very thorough inspection of not only the affected area but non-affected areas. Ked provided a complete and understandable explanation of the issues and a recommendation for stabilizing the foundation. His professionalism and clear communications really helped us decide to proceed. The excellent experience continued when Tyler, Gio, and Ryan arrived to install the push piers. Tyler provided a clear explanation of the process and gave me a timeline for its completion. These guys were very professional and took fantastic care of the landscaping while digging the holes and installing the push piers. Once when I was checking on their progress, Gio and Ryan showed me how the piers are pushed into the ground and the brackets support and fully stabilize the foundation. The next step of lifting the foundation went flawlessly. Tyler kept us fully informed of progress. They ended the stabilization process and did a phenomenal job resetting the landscaping and cleaning up the area. The final step of injecting a two-part urethane polymer into the area under the foundation for added stability and better weight distribution was done by Tory and Chris. These guys were at the top of their game and achieved phenomenal results. Their professionalism and skill were plainly evident from the moment they arrive. The cleanup after the job was so good you could not tell they were even there. Bottom line, from start to finish the Alpha Foundations team is head and shoulders above the competition. The professionalism of their staff is great and the quality of the work beyond compare. If you have an issue with your foundation or any of the areas they cover you will be glad you called them.

3/2025 Called alpha Foundations because our front walk was sinking and we were concerned that someone would trip and fall. Mike Mullen came the next day and gave us a through assessment of the work to be completed and the expense involved. We agreed they should compete the work and we received a repair date. This morning at 8:30 Brendan Wells and Nick Coln arrived in lite rain and began drilling holes. Less than one hour later they had drilled and lifted the 6 large concrete panel of our front walkway. Brendan was very clear that we had a 5 year warranty should the panels begin to sink again we should call them. We are very pleased!

Cannot recommend this company enough! Starting with the initial consultation and walk through with Christian, to the actual installation and repair with Logan, Andrew, and Jordan, the entire team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. They took the time to answer all of my questions and were very communicative throughout the entire process providing me with updates and pictures. Logan took the time to talk me through any changes and made sure everything was satisfactory. 10/10 from start to finish!

Our experience with Alpha foundations has been amazing! Ethan came out to do the initial inspection and spent hours testing, measuring, inspecting our home and pool area and answering all of our questions. Once hired, Alpha Foundations took care of all the permitting to do the repairs on our property. On the day of installation we had two different crews come out as we had helical piers installed under our foundation, as well as polyurethane injected into the voids under our driveway, walkway, patio, and deck. The piers crew, Steven (foreman), Brandon, and Chris, were on time, incredibly polite and professional. They were efficient and had 14 piers installed around our home, and the site cleaned up, before 2pm. They hand dug the locations for each to ensure that they were not going to damage our electrical or plumbing in any way, before proceeding to machine drill the piers. Steven found another area of concern upon inspecting the exterior of our home, called their engineer, and verified what needed to be done to stabilize the area on the spot. The crew was patient with all of our questions and made sure we were informed every step of the way. Excellent customer service! The poly crew, Jordan (foreman), Max, and Noah, were on time, polite and professional. Jordan took extra time to go over each of the treated areas with my husband to ensure he was satisfied that all the voids were being filled. Jordan went above and beyond what we expected to make sure we were happy. We would gladly recommend Alpha Foundations to anyone who has concerns about their foundation or has issues with their concrete. What a pleasure to work with!

I highly recommend Alpha Foundations. My almost 70 year old crawlspace was a complete mess and they did a wonderful job with my crawlspace encapsulation in 2020. Today, Cameron Runyan, came to check on my system. He changed my filter and added new weather stripping to the entrance. Cameron was extremely personable and kind and he took his time answering all my questions. Also, maybe most importantly, he was so sweet to my rambunctious dogs!!

Chose Alpha Foundations Chris V and Matt W to stabilize the concrete area under my spa and pool area and Mike and Kesly to fill the cracks on my pool deck and add poly to seal. After a few hiccups which they solved quickly they did an excellent job. Explained everything as they went along and answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable and professional. Cleaned the area of any debris when they were finished. I would highly recommend.

Great experience. Our foreman Mike Oliver and his crew, Andrew and Bret were the best. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and incredibly kind. They walked me through the project. Showed me everything and even sent pictures of before and after for my records. All my cracks are taken care of. Even my doors all close on a click. From the beginning, Zack came and performed a free inspection to our home. We had some issues that needed taken care of and we were given several options for repair. There was no pressure whatsoever one way or the other in which option we decided, if any at all. After we made our decision, a start date was set up and my husband received a call the Friday before the Monday start date to reaffirm the schedule. That Monday we received a call that the crew was on their way and their estimated arrival time. When Chance and Chris arrived, they introduced theirselves and informed us of the plans for our foundation repair. Our job consisted of 10 piers and 36 supports which was a pretty big job. Chance and Chris are great guys and such hard workers. On the following day a new staff arrived to work with Chance and Chris, his name was Tyler, he was introduced to us and he too was an extremely hard worker. We were very impressed that Tyler was visited on site by Adlai from the corporate office to check in on him. This team worked so hard on our home, always giving us a call on their way here each day and staying late several afternoons to get the job done. They always cleaned the work area before leaving each day and they worked well together. We are so happy they were the ones to repair our home.Darryl and Trish GishValdosta, GA

I've used Alpha foundations now two times. Tory was my technician before and I requested him to come back out to look at another project I was doing and wanted him to see if I was having settling issues. It ended up being normal settling but he did recommend doing preventative stabilization. Tory & Christopher did an excellent job and did find some voids in the slab so I'm glad I had them do the preventative. They were very knowledgeable, professional and they clean up after they were completed. I would highly recommend having these two guys evaluate any concrete / Foundation settling issues you may have. This is the second time I have used Alpha and had the same technicians do the exact same quality work from the first time.

Just finished with foundation stabilization work by Jake, Charles and Alberto from Alpha. Can't say enough about their professionalism and courtesy. They took the time to explain everything as the work was being done and answered all of my questions. Stayed very late to make sure they completed the work and put back everything as it was before, including patio pavers.

The technicians that work for Alpha are very trained and competent to do the job. Drew and Zack arrived at my house on schedule and were both very professional in their demeanor. They measured my house, went through the crawlspace, and assessed my needs and very thorough order. After an assessment of my needs, they answered my questions and addressed my concerns about the work to be done. They had the experience to answer my questions and address my concerns with no hesitation. Both Drew and Zack are very nice guys to boot and a pleasure to work with concerning my house. Alpha Foundations is a top-notch organization with very good people.
