We used Alpha Foundations from Tallahassee, and the experience was exceptional! They came out the day after Thanksgiving and explained everything they were doing that day and explained a few different options for us. Rich was very professional and easy to talk with and had answers for everything we were concerned about. They scheduled the work to be done in two weeks, and Zack and his team were thorough and got the work done the same day and left the work area clean! We are very very happy with Alpha Foundations and will recommend them to anyone needing Foundation work done. Thank you, Rick, Zack & Omar!

Overall was an easy and smooth process. 1st crew to install push pilings with Maximos, Wilkinson and Peterson and the 2nd crew to fill voids with Thomas and Felix did a great job, kept everything neat and organized, placed everything back in place and the guys were very professional. Job site was left clean with no complaints. Only issue I have was a slab that was discussed at the inspection that was supposed to be leveled and void filled which was talked about, did not some how make it apart of the job. Being beside another slab to get filled didn’t make sense why it wouldn’t have been listed on the contract.

Firstly, if you are having foundation issues the peace of mind that comes with a repair is worth it. And I’m very pleased we went with Alpha for that work. We went with Alpha after getting the project scoped and quoted by 3 companies, they were competitively priced but one of the biggest reasons was how well the inspector Alton communicated, I felt he really cared about making sure the job was done right and we were confident in the process. The office team we corresponded with while permitting and scheduling were all quick to reply and courteous. Once the work began I was really really impressed with the team we had for the project. Tyler, Giovanni, Charles and Jeff. They carried the same great communication and genuine care for our house that brought us to choose Alpha. Making sure to leave the work areas clean and well marked at the end of each day. It was a big project and they were still able to complete it 100% on time – which if you’ve worked with contractors you’ll appreciate is remarkable in its own right. I’m not sure how typical it is of all jobs but many of the areas look completely undisturbed when they finished which I was really impressed by – what would leave lasting cosmetic marks they were clear about up front and they worked with us to accommodate how we wanted it left so that we could get it further repaired. Absolutely the smoothest experience I’ve ever had in a house project, and very grateful I chose Alpha. I’ve already recommended them to some family who are looking for similar work and I’ll absolutely be recommending they ask for the team we had, those guys were great.

George & Jeff at Alpha Foundations were fantastic! I recently had the pleasure of working with George & Jeff from Alpha Foundations, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service! As a real estate agent, I needed their expertise to correct a slab issue in one of my listings. They understood the urgency of the situation—my listing was under contract, and this issue, discovered during the inspection period, could have been detrimental to the transaction. Despite their busy schedule, they fit me in on rather short notice and completed the job within the quoted 4-hour window. Their professionalism was evident from start to finish. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the job site neat. George explained everything before they started and answered all my questions along the way. Their communication was also excellent—I received text message confirmations for their ETA and another when they were pulling up. Eric Fotis, A Certified Foundation Inspector from your company came out to the house to look at the crawlspace for a possible vapor barrier. He took his time, inspecting the crawlspace of the home and even more time explain to me the situation as as and his proposed solution. Eric is extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the humidity issues here in Florida. I appreciate that he came down here in Monroe County to see me and the h ome. Eric is definitely an asset to the company! At this time, I may not be able to install the vapor barrier in the home, but if and when that time comes, I will be contacting Eric at Alpha Foundations.

Brandon Ward and Hunter Handley, we’re great hard working and didn’t drag around. They were extremely nice and respectable! Also I had called their office earlier about an invoice and the lady who took my call was extremely nice, courteous and you could tell she had a smile on her face! I certainly would hire her, sight unseen!! This is something us old business men recognize! The first person who came out to look at job and price it was also great, nice, on time! Ryan and his crew were fantastic. I received a text from him the night before my appointment explaining that they would arrive around mid-morning (we live about two hours from their business). The morning of the appointment, Ryan called to confirm the estimated arrival time, and I also received a text with updates on the crew’s arrival. When they arrived, they introduced themselves, and Ryan walked me through the project, clearly explaining what they would be doing and how they planned to complete the work. Once they began, they spent most of the day under the house, working diligently. After finishing the work underneath, Ryan came inside and began raising the flooring. When the job was complete, he walked me through the areas they had worked on, explained everything that had been done, and discussed what to expect moving forward. The entire crew was very professional, and I truly appreciated the overall experience.

I can’t give enough praise for our inspector Will G. From scheduling his visit, his professionalism, punctuality, and knowledge, I was very pleased with the level of service he provided. He was very honest and didn’t just try and sell us something that we didn’t need. He also identified a potential fire risk which alerted me to contact an electrician to avoid a catastrophic mishap. Best crews I had ever hired. I hired Alpha Foundation for two jobs: Helical piers installation under the foundation, and polyurethane foam injection in the concrete patio. They came on time with professional equipment. They explained to me what they were going to do and what they might need. Both crews – Piering crew: Steven, Chris, and Brandon, Poly: Garrett and James were very friendly, professional, polite. They were very efficient and made sure all work sites were cleaned up after the work. They were very patient with all questions I had. I’d recommend this company to anyone as they’re professional and easy to work with from the beginning to installation procedure.

Our experience started way back with Jon Q.(8/30/24). He inspected our property and gave us a diagnosis. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Move on to our project this October 16,17th. I highly Commend the team giving them all a 10/10 for a job so professionally done. Team foreman Chris W. with Webber and Resly, did their job so well and when we asked questions they did not hesitate to answer. Another Team of Wilkinson and Emmanuel also a 10/10…very professional! As homeowners we have been very hesitant to do huge projects like these. These gentlemen has otherwise did not make us feel bad at all. Thank you so much!

Our floor was bowing and would actually bounce as we walked. In some areas was down 1” and 2”.. I very apprehensive at first not knowing what to expect, sales guy Joseph was very professional and made me feel comfortable, but still didn’t know what to expect as contractors in Miami are sketchy at best.. checked the reviews, signed the contract and hoped for the best. And frankly that is what I got in the form of Jacob and Sam.. I was very impressed not only by how clean and efficiently they worked but also how knowledgeable and friendly they were. I cannot express how happy I was when the floor lifted to level and it stopped bouncing!! Jacob really went out of his way to show me everything and answer all my endless questions. Feels firm like a slab now. Wasn’t cheap, but quality never is and peace of mind is priceless! Thank you, Joseph, Jacob, Sam and Alpha Foundations.

Jake & Freddy did a wonderful job fixing all of the cracks including busted and sunken pieces and our driveway looks great again at about 1/2 the price of a new driveway. Very professional company!!

The driveway and the steps were done by Brandon he had the job of putting the hydraulic cement under the driveway and steps. He was polite and courteous and definitely knew what he was doing. We had some other areas of concern with the walkway leading to the front door, which we had planned to do. However, after talking with him we re-evaluated the situation and decided replacing the sections of the sidewalk would be a better option. (this is something they don't do) His honest evaluation of the job was greatly appreciated. The front porch was done by Clint and his crew. They did a really great job, protecting the surrounding areas as they dug the holes to place the supports under the porch. When they were finished, they put everything back the way it was. You couldn't tell they were there. All the people I dealt with at Alpha Foundations are first rate if you need this type of work give them a call.

We highly recommend Alpha Foundations for seawall and foundation repairs. Jason and Kegan very knowledgeable and professional. Tristan, Charles, Ian and Alberto were very polite and courteous entire time they worked on our seawall installing all the anchors. They cleaned up before they finished for the day and kept us informed during the process. Tory, Chris and Kevin did amazing job with finishing the job with polyurethane and they even lifted my ramp back up because it was sinking next to the seawall. Entire crew that worked on our project was great to work with and excellent workmanship. Thank you so much for giving us piece of mind that we don't need to worry about our seawall now.

Alpha Foundations did an excellent job using foam filler to raise concrete and also fill in other areas where there was errosion, but concrete had yet to sink. Everything was clearly explained from the consultation to start of work to job finished. Garrett and James were courteous and professional. I recommend Alpha.

Pool deck was several inches uneven in multiple places across the entire end (oak trees are beautiful, but roots go where they want) Brandon arrived and assessed the damage and explained the process. Date for work was set and o Ryan and Jared arrived on time and Piers were set and concrete was moving. Watching this happen was amazing. Before they were done, Hunter and Brad arrived and placed their equipment and setup ready to push the foam in just a short amount of time. Concrete moving, foam filling spaces, piers supporting and job is excellent and exactly what was needed. Dollars well spent to get a professional, guaranteed job correcting major issues with concrete pool deck. This is a second, and a very different use, but the same experience and result. Alpha Foundation has been the answer for us for sure.

After doing much research we called Alpha foundations to stabilize the floors in our older home built on a stemwall. Mallik, Antoine & Andrew came as planned, spent hours digging & securing metal jacks under our house to prevent the floors from bouncing. Mallik sent photos for us to see, numbering each jack they installed and showed the before, mid & finished jacks that were installed. He & Antoine explained we have an extended service for 5 years and that they can keep making slight adjustments in order to ensure a stable floor. They were very professional and were happy to answer questions we had.

Chose Alpha Foundations Chris V and Matt W to stabilize the concrete area under my spa and pool area and Mike and Kesly to fill the cracks on my pool deck and add poly to seal. After a few hiccups which they solved quickly they did an excellent job. Explained everything as they went along and answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable and professional. Cleaned the area of any debris when they were finished. I would highly recommend.

It was incredible watching Tory work for two days to make all of this happen. My husband, who is the president of our condo association, was enthralled with the process and videotaped much of it. I want to share my positive experience regarding the recent repairs to my home’s foundation. After discovering that my foundation was cracking due to the builder's use of organic fill, I chose Alpha Foundations to address the soil collapse. I want to personally commend David W., the Certified Field Inspector. He was incredibly professional and thorough, explaining the technical measurements and the causes of the various cracks in my home. He answered all of my initial questions and remained available via text and phone for any follow-up concerns I had. I also want to recognize the installation team—Steven, David P., and Aaron—who completed the job today. Steven was professional and kept me well-informed regarding their arrival time. He clearly explained the procedure as he walked the property with me. David P. and Aaron were polite and respectful of both the property and the environment while digging the holes. They answered my many questions throughout the process and ensured that all holes were filled, concrete was poured where necessary, and all materials were cleared away.
