Here, you can see how this section of a driveway was dipping well below the rest of the structure. This is a tripping hazard and could even cause damage to your vehicle.

Timelapse of Lifted Concrete Steps

As you can see, these concrete steps were extremely unlevel before being lifted with PolyRenewal™.  

They didn’t start that way—soil problems are the biggest cause of concrete damage. Especially in Florida, where rain and humidity make local soils moist for the majority of the year. 

In this timelapse, you’ll see how Alpha Foundations quickly and safely lifts the concrete steps. All of this is done in one day, with minimal mess left on the property (unlike other concrete lifting methods like mudjacking). 

Pool Deck Repair in Progress

In these images, you can see a damaged pool deck being lifted with PolyRenewal™.  

If you notice, small holes are being drilled into the concrete pool deck itself. Inside these holes is where the polyurethane foam is injected below.  

You can actually see the foam in one of the images. It’s filling voids below the concrete and ensuring the pool deck won’t sink in the future.

Another Driveway Fixed

This driveway has a lot of cracks in it, and it’s suffering from sinking slabs of concrete. Lifting the concrete with PolyRenewal™ allowed these cracks to be closed and brought the slabs to a safe level.  

Additionally, you can see the sealant used to make sure water doesn’t continue to get below the concrete. However, PolyRenewal™ is waterproof, so it offers an additional layer of resistance. This keeps the soil under the concrete safe from erosion brought on by heavy Florida rains!
