I am in the process of purchasing a new home (brand new construction) and when I went for the walk through a week before closing, I noticed some cracks in the garage floor/bottom of the wall that I wanted to get checked out. Chris Batten fit me into his schedule on short notice and was able to come out the next day to inspect it for me! All was good and now I have peace of mind going into closing next week! My family and I recently moved into a beautiful Spanish Mediterranean-style home built-in 1926. It was a crash course lesson on caring for a historic home in South Florida. The crawl space was a breeding ground for termites and mold, and the structural issues were the cause of our sagging and sinking floors.After a comprehensive assessment by the Alpha Foundation Design Technician, crawl space encapsulation and foundation support were our home's best options. Alpha Foundations encapsulated the crawl space and installed crawl space jacks ahead of schedule, eliminating the high humidity and resolving the floor leveling issue. Immediately after encapsulation, the humidity level reduced from 70% to 54% inside our home, allowing our air condition unit to operate more efficiently. The improvement in air quality and comfort inside our house is remarkable!Special thanks to Alpha Foundation's Design Technician Gavin, Foreman Jackson, Javid and Sam for their service, integrity, and professionalism. Crawl space encapsulation and foundation repair were an investment in the future of our home. Thanks to Alpha Foundations, our home will be our refuge here in paradise for many years to come.

Hunter and Brad arrived today and performed an outstanding job making repairs to several sections of my driveway which were having issues with severe cracking, caused by settling which left void areas beneath the sections of driveway. They injected foam into those areas which will stabilize those areas to prevent further damage then filled in the cracks. Their work made a dramatic improvement in the appearance of the driveway.

I had a great experience with Alpha Foundations. Justin and Gavin were extremely detailed during the inspection and took the time to answer every question I had without rushing me. They explained everything clearly, including what they found, possible causes, and the recommended solutions. I really appreciated how professional, knowledgeable, and helpful they both were throughout the entire process. It’s hard to find companies that are this thorough and honest. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing foundation work or an evaluation.

I also asked them to do a little thing that there was some confusion about whether it was included or not – and they came back the very next day to take care of it. No questions asked – the customer was right. I would recommend the Miami area team for any foundation repair. The sales team, office / permit team, and the field team were all extremely prompt, professional, and just nice human beings.

It was great to work with Alpha Foundations everyone was great and the work they did was outstanding. They listened then they thoroughly searched out all of my foundation concerns. They were able to do the work that was required very efficiently and meticulously. All the staff were great: Steven, Brandon and Chris installed the piers, David, Jonah, and Antoine did the crawl space, then Garrett and Hector were the poly crew. This team was very professional and they worked tirelessly until the job was done.

They did a great job installing support posts in our basement and piers under our porch. They were quick and professional and Ryan explained clearly the work they were doing. He also stated why, as the foreman, after seeing the plans and reality, I didn’t need all of the work that was outlined in the plan. This saved me money, which is honestly rare. They didn’t try to upsell me anything, and I do appreciate the honesty. Jared and Taylor were also friendly and helpful.

He arrived early to survey our home, took pictures, videos, and measurements of the condition of our home. Then sat down and explained everything, including video presentations. Walked us through the whole process and timeline to expect for acquiring permit and carrying out the repairs. I highly recommend his services.

Zach from Alpha took good care of us. We had some unforeseen obstacles to the project bc the original slab that was in place was not done to code. Zach and his team made an extra effort to explain the challenges, propose some possible solutions, and ended up providing additional services at no charge to make sure everything was resolved. We have quite a few friends and vendors who have used Alpha for repeated services that went very smoothly and straightforward. Ours was an outlier that presented a unique challenge. I really appreciated George's time and expertise with the consult. He did not try to hard sell me on any very expensive (and possibly unnecessary) services like the previous company did. He told me exactly what the issues were and made some recommendations, which happened to be services Alpha didn't actually perform. I was very impressed with that level of integrity (a quality that seems to be lacking in a lot of businesses these days) and will not hesitate to reach out to Alpha if I require their services in the future.

We are very pleased with the foundation work that was done. However, their Permit team leaves something to be desired. We started the process in January 26 and the permit wasn't received until Athe beginning of April and I had to make the phone calls to the County office to find out it was approved! We would have been pushed back another month if I had not pursued the permit. The work was done in one day which was awesome. We are still waiting for the final inspection of work almost a month later! Would have been 5 stars if the Permit department had been on the ball.

Ryan and his crew were fantastic. I received a text from him the night before my appointment explaining that they would arrive around mid-morning (we live about two hours from their business). The morning of the appointment, Ryan called to confirm the estimated arrival time, and I also received a text with updates on the crew’s arrival. When they arrived, they introduced themselves, and Ryan walked me through the project, clearly explaining what they would be doing and how they planned to complete the work. Once they began, they spent most of the day under the house, working diligently. After finishing the work underneath, Ryan came inside and began raising the flooring. When the job was complete, he walked me through the areas they had worked on, explained everything that had been done, and discussed what to expect moving forward. The entire crew was very professional, and I truly appreciated the overall experience.

They arrived on time, walked us through the process clearly, and provided consistent updates throughout the project. Communication was straightforward and professional — no confusion, no surprises. What really stood out was their care for our property. This is an older home, and foundation work can feel intimidating, but they treated everything with respect and precision. The work area was kept clean, and they were mindful of minimizing disruption. Their customer service was top-notch from start to finish. You can tell they take pride in their work. Alpha installed piers at our residence to stabilize the foundation. During their visit, it was noticed that another corner of the home had cracks and also needed stabilization piers. They were able to take care of the additional work while on site so we did not have to go through the permitting process again. They also repaired our sprinkler, which was not their fault, just to provide good customer service. They cleaned up our property afterward and completed all work in a timely manner. Steven, Isaiah, David, and inspector Brandon C were very pleasant and professional.

Pool deck was several inches uneven in multiple places across the entire end (oak trees are beautiful, but roots go where they want) Brandon arrived and assessed the damage and explained the process. Date for work was set and o Ryan and Jared arrived on time and Piers were set and concrete was moving. Watching this happen was amazing. Before they were done, Hunter and Brad arrived and placed their equipment and setup ready to push the foam in just a short amount of time. Concrete moving, foam filling spaces, piers supporting and job is excellent and exactly what was needed. Dollars well spent to get a professional, guaranteed job correcting major issues with concrete pool deck. This is a second, and a very different use, but the same experience and result. Alpha Foundation has been the answer for us for sure.

The work was all completed today, in one day on the date that we were told. We had a great experience with the initial inspection and presentation by Jeremy, the Sales Rep. Good communication followed and the permitting process brought two men to mark the lawn so the workers would know where all the utility lines and cables were located underground. Jordan and Hector were very professional in their repair of the driveway making sure our garage door closed properly again. … and they were appropriately friendly in the process. Shortly after their departure, Filipe arrived. With a nice smile he explained his role as inspector and I forgave him for being a NY Giants fan 🙂. Steven, David, and Isaiah showed up to do the hard labor, putting in the piers. Again they were both professional and friendly, taking the customer and their work very seriously. They were careful with the grass and where to place excess dirt which had been dug up. They worked well as a team and enjoyed showing me what they were doing and why. All in all, I would say they all valued the company (Alpha Foundations) for whom they worked and took appropriate pride in all that they did. I felt good about the finished product both in the pier foundation supports and the driveway repair.

Alpha Foundations did an amazing job. Malik, Antoine and Tammy did amazing on our encapsulation repair and on the structural repair we had done. We had multiple companies come and quote us and although Alpha Foundations was the most expensive option we felt they knew what they were doing and we felt comfortable using them for our project. We spent just about 30k and we are very pleased! The crew did great and made sure we were fully satisfied before they left. The process from when they arrived to our home to start and as well the clean up that made us feel like they truly cared about our home. They spent multiple days in a gruesome project and were very efficient. Barely even saw these guys take a break, they are amazing!!! I Would recommend this company to anyone who needs foundation repair.

During the initial inspection and work Drew found that I didn't need additional structural support which saved me a significant amount of money. Everything about my experience with Alpha was great. I had a tree that had caused serious damage to my driveway and garage. Alpha accessed the situation and didn't try to over exaggerate the work that needed to be done. ( we got a quote from another highly promoted foundation company who wanted almost 25k to do things that were completely unnecessary). Alpha was super communicative and professional. They were so flexible with my schedule as I had to keep delaying things on account of the tree removal. At the end of the day I couldn't be happier with the work and the service.
