House had settled an excessive amount on one side, so decided to go with Alpha Foundations to install helical piers to (slightly) lift and brace the house. Jake and his team were prompt, explained everything that was going on with the process of installing helical piers, and left me feeling that the house was in better shape (and protected for the future) than when they started. Overall, the folks from Alpha Foundations were reliable, set good expectations, and imo, reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend going with these guys for assistance with home foundation issues.

Installation was excellent – good communication, professional, etc. Rosalie, Jose and Paldo were the installers.Had some problems with scheduling. I had an initial meeting and installation that went great. When I tried contacting my rep, the email and phone call went unanswered. Went I contacted the company, they said he was promoted or something. I think they actually have high turnover but didn’t want to admit it. All appointments were a month out, so I scheduled it. Then they cancelled a few days before my appointment. It seems they cancelled my appointment so they could schedule other people. It took me multiple phone calls to figure that out. They rescheduled me for another month out. This also took multiple phone calls. For some reason, it seems I was on the bottom of their list.

I opted to Move forward with the installation. They were able to schedule me quickly, and the team that completed the project was very efficient on time and polite. From the beginning, Zack came and performed a free inspection to our home. We had some issues that needed taken care of and we were given several options for repair. There was no pressure whatsoever one way or the other in which option we decided, if any at all. After we made our decision, a start date was set up and my husband received a call the Friday before the Monday start date to reaffirm the schedule. That Monday we received a call that the crew was on their way and their estimated arrival time. When Chance and Chris arrived, they introduced theirselves and informed us of the plans for our foundation repair. Our job consisted of 10 piers and 36 supports which was a pretty big job. Chance and Chris are great guys and such hard workers. On the following day a new staff arrived to work with Chance and Chris, his name was Tyler, he was introduced to us and he too was an extremely hard worker. We were very impressed that Tyler was visited on site by Adlai from the corporate office to check in on him. This team worked so hard on our home, always giving us a call on their way here each day and staying late several afternoons to get the job done.
