Along the way, we did run into a small hiccup—some grout leakage during the install. But what really stood out was how the team handled it. I could smell mold under my sink. Countless plumbers told me it was just a faulty garbage disposal, but I wasn't buying it. After having mold remediation specialists remove my cabinets, mold was discovered with no apparent water source. It was determined that my crawlspace was the culprit. My neighbor who is a GC, recommended Alpha Foundations. Batuhan came over to give me a quote. As a single mother of four, it was a bit overwhelming to be faced with such a huge and overwhelming problem, but he was very patient with me and painstakingly went over the pros and cons of encapsulating my crawlspace and adding dehumidifiers and pumps. He also explained to me other much less costly options such as DIY vents and fans, but educated me on how this may cost more in the long run. He was knowledgable and courteous throughout. He was very kind and trustworthy. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. I was always notified when the crew would be arriving. Dylan, the main crew worker was professional and courteous and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Alpha Foundations and working with Batuhan if you can. I no longer have any smell and I can tell that the humidity has been significantly controlled. Batuhan even helped me pick out humidity monitors to keep in my crawlspace and check via my phone for peace of mind.
