Our 100 year old house sustained significant foundation damage from Hurricane Helene in August 2024. Half of the supporting piers in our crawlspace were washed away by storm surge. Half of the house was suspended in the air without support. I contacted 3 different foundation companies for quotes. By far, Alpha Foundations is the best. An appointment was scheduled immediately with Johnnie the site estimator. He showed on time and communicated during his trip where he was and when he would arrive. He spent about 3 hours at our home during the evaluation. He was the only one of the 3 companies we contacted, who climbed under the house. He spent 90 minutes in a dark, damp and narrow crawl space. He did a thorough evaluation. He discussed with me and my wife his findings and recommendations. Prior to leaving he left a detailed quote and estimated timing to complete the project. We selected Alpha Foundations to repair our home. A repair date was scheduled and the office communicated with us multiple times prior to the repair date. On the repair date, Luke, Ryan and Jordan arrived as scheduled. They were courteous, friendly and very professional. Luke was the job foreman and reviewed the repair plans in detail. He was available for questions throughout the process. The crew was here for 3 days and did a fantastic job. Our home had a 4" drop in the family room, which was corrected. The sloping floors throughout the house were gone. Fantastic job done by these young men. Alpha Foundations is a 5-star company and will provide on-time, professional and excellent service. I highly recommend their company…….and I hope to never need this time of repair again.

The Orange Park, Florida Office is top flight from the initial call, to the field visit by Mr. Clark to determine the recommended solution. In advance of the foundation work, we prepared the area for the Technicians, which is very helpful in expediting the work. Tyler and crew arrived at 8:30 am, followed by Brandon and crew at 11:00 am, all work was completed by 12:30 pm, and the final result was perfect. Pictures show that you would never know technical work that Alpha Foundation provides ever happened. Mr. Clark and both Crews are professional, experienced, and excellent ambassadors for their Company. We highly recommend Alpha Foundations.

Alpha installed piers at our residence to stabilize the foundation. During their visit, it was noticed that another corner of the home had cracks and also needed stabilization piers. They were able to take care of the additional work while on site so we did not have to go through the permitting process again. They also repaired our sprinkler, which was not their fault, just to provide good customer service. They cleaned up our property afterward and completed all work in a timely manner. Steven, Isaiah, David, and inspector Brandon C were very pleasant and professional.

After Hurricane Milton we had water intrusion that forced us to remove the carpets in each room and replace the flooring. When we removed the carpet, we found a crack that went from one corner to the next in one of the rooms. Lance was our sales guy, super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and worked with us on options since our insurance wasn't going to cover it. Although some settling cracks are probably ok, I had a feeling this one wasn't. We decided to do the hydrophobic injection under the foundation. Tory came out to do the work. He was on time, very responsive, super nice. Everything moved along smooth. Tory noticed that it seemed like there was a bit more foam injected than he expected- which confirms there was a larger void in that area than we expected. Tory patched the holes and I can't even tell anything was done! Looks great! I think of this room as now the strongest room in our house. I'm SO happy I got this done. I would do this again if we ever needed to in our next house. Thank you!!!
