Nick was my next contact, he helped streamline the whole process and even extended the expiration of a discount they were offering. Karen kept me informed throughout the whole permitting process. Big shout out to all the boys that crawled under the house and did some tough manual labor!!!! Tristan, Gio, and Will were amazing. They worked very well together and quick. They did the whole project in one day. The three of them were very informative and answered all my questions. They kept me up to date with where the project was at each step which allowed me to run errands throughout the day. Communication couldn't have been been better. The entire inspection process with Alpha Foundations was great and the crawlspace encapsulation results were even better. TJ performed the initial inspection and quote. He was extremely thorough, patient, and answered all my questions. He ensured I understood the benefits of their different options and set clear expectations and scope of work. Never pushy and very easy to work and communicate with. Ben, Nick, and Chris were the crew who came to do the encapsulation. Hats off to them because I couldn't imagine doing what they did as thoroughly in such a cramped space. I was doubtful they could knock it out in the estimated two and a half days – but they did. They were fantastic and were always happy to answer my questions throughout the process. Overall a 10/10 experience. I am thrilled with the results and can rest easy knowing I've taken a big step in protecting and improving my home.

This is a follow up to my prior review of Alpha Foundations. After reading my initial review, Alex (The General Manager) conctacted me to chat about my experience. I left the conversation with a better understanding of the initial inspection process and thoroughly impressed with the overall customer service of everyone I came into contact with at Alpha. From the sales team, field techs and management, my customer service experience was top notch. It's obvious to me that customer service and satisfaction is at the top of their priority list and it resonates througout the organization. Although I experienced a very minor issue with the initial diagnosis of the problems my property was having, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future and would recommend them to friends and family.

We called Alpha on recommendation from a neighbor after experiencing water damage in our crawlspace. Scheduling and quote was fast & straightforward, with helpful "what to expect" info ahead of time and notifications/reminders in advance of actions. The end result is a clean, sealed crawlspace that has resolved our moisture issues, with the added benefit of limiting entry points for pests. Having this professionally done gives us great peace of mind that this 100yo house is ready for another 100 years. Another contractor has already been under the house for unrelated work and was very pleased to have a humidity-controlled, easily-lit, and most importantly *clean* area to work. The estimator Johnnie was pleasant and took time to explain what their proposed solution would (and wouldn't) accomplish, and presented multiple options to address our immediate concerns (moisture damage) along with how we could establish a baseline and check back in the future for foundation settling/etc. The job foreman, Brett, and his crew were great from start to finish. Communication was precise & thorough, work was prompt, and the results speak for themselves. We knew right up front that we'd have to have an electrician come in with them to run a circuit for the dehumidifier & sump pump, but we didn't know until the job started that a plumber also needed move some pipes out of the way. That miscommunication led to a bit of frustration, but the Production Manager, Daniel, reached out to me and went above & beyond to make sure I walked away happy not just with the job (which I already was), but also had a good lasting impression of the experience and Alpha's commitment to customer service and standing behind their work. Would absolutely recommend this location of Alpha Foundations, and indeed I intend to have them back out in the future to investigate/remediate settlement issues now that my emergency problem is fixed. Thanks again!
