Every single person that I worked with was knowledgeable, communicative, helpful, kind and just truly authentic individuals.Austin was the first person to talk about my water under the house issues. The man spent an hour under the house inspecting everything. We talked afterwards over an hour. He was easy to talk to and thorough in his explanations. Very impressive! The other 2 companies that came out were here for a total of 30 minutes.Next, I spoke to Mike S. Several times. Again, gave me the courtesy of his valuable time and expertise. I so appreciated the way both Mike and Austin worked together to help solve an issue with my project. They went above and beyond on my behalf and I am grateful.Finally, I had the work crew of Rosalio, Pablo and Jose come twice to my house. These 3 fellas are just fabulous workers and more importantly, amazing human beings. On the second trip they worked until 8pm …in the dark. I never heard them complain, in fact, I had to chuckle as I listened to them get a little slap-happy while working under the house. They were kind, polite and hard-working. Very informative of the procedures and descriptions of what was happening. Sales person Colin spent more than ample amount of time explaining the procedure as well. This is a follow up to my prior review of Alpha Foundations. After reading my initial review, Alex (The General Manager) conctacted me to chat about my experience. I left the conversation with a better understanding of the initial inspection process and thoroughly impressed with the overall customer service of everyone I came into contact with at Alpha. From the sales team, field techs and management, my customer service experience was top notch. It's obvious to me that customer service and satisfaction is at the top of their priority list and it resonates througout the organization. Although I experienced a very minor issue with the initial diagnosis of the problems my property was having, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future and would recommend them to friends and family.

During the initial inspection and work Drew found that I didn't need additional structural support which saved me a significant amount of money.
