Alpha Foundations did an amazing job from start to finish. Jacob K with the full information of the project and kept us up to date on the progress and key dates on when the installation was going to happen. Our Poly Guys George and Hector were amazing and full of information on the procedure, encouraged us to watch what they were doing, and even gave recommendation on what we need done in the future. When the piers were installed by Steven and Chris, I was a bit nervous that my house would fall over, they assured me that would not happen. From every phone call to full completion Steven was on the ball – communication was way better that I expected and even small talk was fun and engaging. Both Steven and Chris were very informative with each step of the process and also encouraged us watch along. When the project was completed they cleaned up not only our yard but themselves as well. Very professional and would recommend Alpha to anyone who has a slight issue. Thank you for working so hard on a warm day.

After doing much research we called Alpha foundations to stabilize the floors in our older home built on a stemwall. Mallik, Antoine & Andrew came as planned, spent hours digging & securing metal jacks under our house to prevent the floors from bouncing. Mallik sent photos for us to see, numbering each jack they installed and showed the before, mid & finished jacks that were installed. He & Antoine explained we have an extended service for 5 years and that they can keep making slight adjustments in order to ensure a stable floor. They were very professional and were happy to answer questions we had.
